My role
Branding
REM Ritual began with a simple belief: sleep is not something you hack. It is something you prepare for.
Most sleep brands focus on quick fixes and overstimulated routines, treating rest like a problem to solve. REM Ritual takes a softer, more intentional approach.
Built around sensory rituals and mindful nighttime habits, the brand transforms bedtime into a calming act of self-care. Every detail, from scent and texture to lighting and routine, is designed to help the mind and body gradually slow down.
From silk sleepwear and aromatherapy to teas and nighttime essentials, each product becomes part of a nightly ritual that creates a smoother transition into deep, restorative rest.

The brand was built around a simple idea: better sleep begins before bedtime.
Every product, texture, scent, and visual cue was designed to support the transition from stimulation to stillness. Not just through functionality, but through repetition, emotion, and sensory memory.
Because the rituals we repeat every night quietly shape how we rest.
The identity system was designed to feel calm before it feels luxurious.
An elegant serif with elongated forms creates a sense of breath and softness. Celestial details subtly reference the dream state and REM sleep itself.
The result feels quiet, tactile, and intentionally unhurried โ equally at home on silk packaging, embossed candles, or soft-touch labels.
Rather than relying on one fixed palette, the identity system uses colour as emotional context.
Each product category carries its own mood and atmosphere โ warm chamomile tones for calm, deep indigos for nighttime stillness, cool eucalyptus greens for clarity and reset.
What remains constant is the structure beneath it. Typography, illustration style, spatial rhythm, and material finishes create continuity across the ecosystem.
The system stays recognisable. The colour shifts with the ritual.
